This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy is applicable to purchases made through our website and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be intact
- Product must not be marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and hygiene-related products
- Cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and health supplements
- Food items and perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products purchased during clearance or sale
3. How to Raise a Return Request (WooCommerce Flow)
Customers can request a return by:
- Logging into My Account → Orders → Request Return (if enabled), or
- Emailing us at Stylishladies2021@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images/videos (mandatory for damaged items)
Our support team will respond within 48–72 business hours.
4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos for verification
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a seller error, return shipping is free
- For customer-initiated returns, shipping charges must be borne by the customer
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Refusal of delivery may result in deduction of shipping charges
