All custom orders are created based on the measurements, design choices, and instructions provided by the customer.
2. Measurements and Fitting
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
- We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Minor fitting adjustments due to stitching errors will be corrected as per our alteration policy.
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after payment or advance payment is received.
- Once a custom order is confirmed, design and fabric details cannot be changed.
4. Pricing
- Prices for stitching and services are displayed on the website or communicated during order placement.
- Prices may vary based on design complexity, fabric type, and additional work.
5. Payment Terms
- Full or partial advance payment may be required for custom orders.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery and Pickup
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must collect their orders within the specified time.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Custom-stitched and Aari work orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
- Refunds are not applicable for custom-made items.
8. Returns and Alterations
- Custom-stitched items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Free alterations are provided within the specified period if there is a stitching-related issue.
